Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to laundry pickup, care and delivery services provided by Eagle Laundry Inc. to eligible U.S. customers and U.S. Forces community members. This online checkout is not offered for German consumer customers.
Bookings are confirmed by e-mail after the request is submitted and, when PayPal is selected, after payment is completed. Prices are shown before checkout. Add-ons and item details selected by the customer are part of the booking request.
Please remove valuables from all garments before pickup. We handle items with reasonable professional care. Liability for damaged or lost items is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and the service circumstances.
Privacy Policy
We process your name, e-mail, phone number, pickup address, delivery address, booking items and payment status to handle your laundry booking, send confirmations and operate your customer account.
PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. We store payment status, PayPal order identifiers and booking records, but we never receive or store PayPal passwords or card data.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or change a pickup request before pickup by contacting the laundry as soon as possible. If service has already started after pickup, cancellation or refund options may be limited by the work already performed.
For PayPal payments, refunds are reviewed against the service status and the applicable booking details.

Payment, Delivery & Tax
Available payment methods are Cash on delivery / pickup and PayPal when enabled. PayPal checkout must be completed before a PayPal booking is marked as paid.
